How Our Smart Monitoring Platform Works

Step 1: Data Collection from IoT Sensors

Smart Labels are attached directly to the product to continuously capture temperature, humidity, light exposure, and shock data throughout the entire logistics lifecycle.


Step 2: Data Transmission to the System

Sensor data is transmitted to the Control Unit via LoRa, then forwarded to the Cloud Server through GPRS/4G connectivity.


Step 3: Data Analysis on the Cloud Platform

The Cloud system analyzes data in real time, compares it with predefined thresholds, and detects potential risks such as overheating, thermal shock, strong impacts, or improper storage.


Step 4: Real-Time Monitoring and Alerts

When abnormalities are detected, the platform sends instant alerts via SMS, Email, or Mobile App, displays product location using Geofencing, and enables timely corrective actions.


Step 5: Reporting & Compliance

The system generates compliance reports to prove storage quality, meet audit requirements, and reduce legal risks and product losses.
